Work Work.
I have been working at 8x8 inc since July of 2007. I started in there support department as a Virtual Office Support Engineer. In November there was an opening in our Network Operations Center, I applied and landed the job in December of 2007.
Right now my primary responsibilities include DID (phone number) ordering, System Monitoring, and acting as a final tier of support for customer related issues.
Previously I was employed by euphNET Cyber Cafe as the General Manager, I held that position for 8 months.
